ABOUT CHRISTINE
A RESEARCHER, EDUCATOR, AND ADVOCATE FOR WELL-BEING
Dr. Christine Williams has spent her career helping others improve both the quality and length of their lives. After earning a PhD in health, she spent more than twenty years teaching stress management, mindfulness, meditation, and related topics at the university level. As a full professor and associate department chair, she published research and presented nationally and internationally.
Her work has always been driven by a passion for understanding human health, resilience, and the factors that help people thrive. Through decades of teaching, research, and mentorship, she developed a deep appreciation for the connection between mind, body, and overall well-being.

"The most rewarding part of symptom resolution is not simply the absence of symptoms — it is the return of joy, freedom, peace, possibility, and a fuller experience of life."
PERSONAL JOURNEY & MISSION
FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE TO PURPOSEFUL WORK
Following a series of significant life stressors, Christine developed chronic health challenges that affected every aspect of her daily life. Despite her extensive academic background, traditional approaches failed to provide lasting answers.
Her search for solutions led her through Western medicine, holistic practices, functional medicine, and numerous therapeutic modalities. Along the way, she discovered the science of neuroplasticity and mind-body symptom resolution.
Today, Christine combines Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), somatic practices, mindfulness, and neuroplasticity-based approaches to help individuals resolve chronic symptoms and reclaim their lives with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.
